Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, mix the ground meat and garlic together.
  2. Mix remaining ingredients in with meat and garlic. Dissolve baking soda into soda water and add to the primary ingredient mix.
  3. Mold meat into 4-5 inch sausages. Let sit in fridge for at one to two hours.
  4. Grill turning mici every five minutes on high heat.
